I just won a project from of freelancing projects and i have to import 90000 names,surnames and telephone numbers into excel file,how can this be possible?

I assume you mean a .pdf file. If it’s been scanned in and saved as a .pdf there’s nothing you can do. If it’s been created in Word or Excel or something ‘Textual’ then it can de extracted and saved directly to an Excel file. Send me the file and I’ll see if I can extract it, I have software that does this.

There are instructions here (http://www.mrexcel.com/tip107.shtml) on how do this using a program called Able2Extract (http://www.investintech.com/). There’s a free 7 day trial of the product available so you shouldn’t need to spend any money to do this.
On a side note, the information you describe sounds like it would be classed as personal information under the Data Protection Act (1998) so make sure you’re in compliance with this act when storing and using the data.
