		<description>Build it in increments. Suddenly doubling or tripling your rates only makes you look greedy and out for the money rather than the passion and commitment to your client. 
Explain to your client that you are considering a rate increase of say $10 per hour by the end of the month and an additional $10 per hour by the first of the new year. If he/she is a respectable and understanding client, they will be accepting of the increase.</description>
