Can I use it after as my “canadian work experience” in order to apply for work permit ?

You MUST get a work permit and do it LEGALLY.
Noone can work on a visitor visa.
What you are suggesting is a deportable and criminal offence.
PS graphic designer is NOT a job that is in demand so you probably will not qualify for a work permit. There are plenty of unemployed Canadians who can do the job and they will get first preference.
You do not need Canadian experience to get a work permit, You MUST have work experience in your own country.
