   NO NO NO
   You MUST get a work permit and do it LEGALLY.
   Noone can work on a visitor visa.
   What you are suggesting is a deportable and criminal offence.
   PS graphic designer is NOT a job that is in demand so you probably will not qualify for a work permit. There are plenty of unemployed Canadians who can do the job and they will get first preference.
   You do not need Canadian experience to get a work permit, You MUST have work experience in your own country.

   If you are here on a tourist visa, you are not permitted to work under any circumstances, freelance or otherwise.
